Like other white teas, White Antlers are minimally processed - just hand-dried. The tea is grown without the use of pesticides and is certified Fair Trade. The tea steeps well for about 2 minutes with water no hotter than 160-170ºf, and will yield several very aromatic steepings, each slightly different from the last.
