Our Bi Luo Chun (aka Green Snail Spring) is a famous Chinese tea made up of small fuzzy leaf-and-bud sets. It is carefully hand-picked before the Qing Ming holiday.

Brett: "This delicate green tea is one of my favorites. It has a delightful mellow, nutty flavor with a nice hint of peachy sweetness too. I like to add the leaves after pouring ~160 F water into the brewing vessel. This way they'll spin around and sink gently to the bottom."
